You can now schedule appointments online after downloading The Scheduling App onto your phone and using our clinic ID# PWRVVX. So, you can schedule in your pajamas Saturday night if you want! You can also see whatever appointments you have scheduled coming up.

Insurance Update
Dr. Pam and Dr. Max are both contracted with Blue Cross, but Dr. Max will also be contracted with MODA starting 1/1/2025. We do bill other insurance when there are out of network benefits, but you have a higher copay because we’re not contracted.

Medicare age patients – You can get a Medical Advantage Insurance plan for little or no cost that covers visits with just a copay! There is a deadline to change Medicare insurance by December 7, so you need to do it right away if you are interested.
