What is the Absolute Best Christmas Present EVER?

Thankfulness – heartfelt – to yourself for the best that you did this year and to all you want to thank. Thankfulness – that we don’t have a war we are living in the middle of like Gaza. Thankfulness that we don’t have martial law like just happened in South Korea. Thankfulness that the earth is still a beautiful place to live that gives us plants, herbs, mushrooms and electromagnetic energy to live.

Forgiveness – the ultimate healing power of our heart. We humans always have emotional discord believing someone has harmed or taken advantage of us. That anger and resentment turns inward and damages and attacks us. When you can truly forgive, your stress levels go down, your happiness goes up and you go into parasympathetic mode where your body heals and regenerates itself.

Forgiving someone heals the forgiver first, then even the receiver of the forgiveness. If you have trouble forgiving someone, try doing some meditation with that as the focus, doing cyclical breathing, using the NET “FAST” technique to balance your acupuncture meridians. If all that doesn’t work, we can help you with a NET session (NET mindbody) to release all that old chakra energy. Your body and your life will thank you.

Kindness is one of the fundamental principles of forgiveness. The Dalai Lama teaches that we forgive because we do not want to hold onto the poison of anger any longer. Instead, we must promote equanimity in our lives and the lives of others.  Peace is found through our own ability to cultivate forgiveness.
